1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Rebels & Runways! This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by REBELS & RUNWAYS, INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REBELS & RUNWAYS, INC., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and REBELS & RUNWAYS, INC. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
